The Ebner-Ruben Transitional Care Unit offers 50 private rooms on the Nutis and Morgan Avenues for those in need of short-term rehabilitation due to illness, accident or disease. A dedicated team of professionals there is committed to providing personalized, short-term rehabilitation plans that focus on helping each individual return home as soon as possible. Our recovery care team specializes in post-orthopedic surgery, neurological diagnoses, cardiac care, and knee, hip and joint replacement.

Our occupational therapy apartment offers the opportunity to get comfortable with the regular duties awaiting you at home, like bathing, cooking, doing laundry, and getting in and out of bed. Our highly-trained physical, speech and occupational therapists will design a program that will help you return to independence as soon as possible, and you have access to one of the most reputable systems of service in this area.
