Windy City Spectacular Raises Awareness, Funds for Wexner Heritage Village

Supporters of Wexner Heritage Village were treated to the first-class comedy by The Second City of Chicago at the “Windy City Spectacular” event held in partnership with CAPA at The Southern Theatre. The six-person troupe performed sketches, songs and improvisation routines with suggestions taken from the audience.

Donor-level tickets were sold out with over 300 guests enjoying a Chicago-theme reception in addition to premium seating for the show. The funds raised will help ensure residents and those served by Wexner Heritage Village continue to enjoy premier services and the highest quality of life.

“ We had tremendous community support and exceeded our fundraising goals. Our donors enjoyed a truly fun fundraiser,” said Jake Rosenzweig, development coordinator.

Wexner Heritage Village is a not-for-profit provider of health, housing, social and spiritual services in the central Ohio community, primarily serving older adults and persons with disabilities.
