Creekside at the Village Appoints New Executive Director

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Nisha Hammel, former assistant vice president – community services for Wexner Heritage Village, has been promoted to serve as executive director of Creekside at the Village, an 82-unit independent living apartment complex for older adults.

Hammel holds her master’s degree in social work with a specialty in aging services. She has been with Wexner Heritage Village for seven years. In her new role, Hammel will oversee daily operations and staffing of Creekside while focusing on hospitality, safety and security, and licensing rules and regulations.

Hammel lives in Dublin with her husband and daughter.

Wexner Heritage Village is a not-for-profit provider of health, housing, social and spiritual services in the central Ohio community, primarily serving older adults and persons with disabilities.
